Nicholas “Nick” Norden is an Orlando personal injury attorney and Managing Partner of Norden Leacox, where he has dedicated his career to representing individuals seriously injured due to the negligence of others. With over a decade of experience in personal injury law, Nick has been advocating for accident victims since 2011.

Before fighting for the injured, Nick spent years representing insurance companies and large corporations. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the tactics used to minimize claims and limit compensation. Determined to make a greater impact, he transitioned his practice to exclusively represent injury victims—using his knowledge of the defense playbook to aggressively pursue justice and maximize results for his clients.

Nick went on to serve as lead trial counsel for a national personal injury firm, where he handled complex litigation and high-stakes cases. He later founded Norden Leacox, building a firm focused on delivering elite legal representation and meaningful outcomes for clients across Florida.

He is licensed to practice in Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, D.C., and New Mexico, and has successfully tried cases in multiple jurisdictions—demonstrating both versatility and extensive courtroom experience.
