I was the passenger injured in a car that was involved in an accident and wasn’t sure if I should call a lawyer or not. I received a referral to Norden Leacox and spoke with Norma. She answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I would definitely use tbem again if i needed to and would recommend their services.

This was my first and hopefully my last injury accident claim. Lori Padilla was fantastic!! She was super transparent with me…. She talked me off the ledge SEVERAL times. Her approach to my case made me extremely confident and comfortable with the decisions that were made for my case. She made time to talk to me in detail about the next steps… From the first time I spoke to her I got a good vibe from her and she made it her business to keep me informed!! She gave me EVERYTHING hot off the press lol. Great experience working with Zach, Nick and the rest of their team. I originally spoke with Nick who carefully took down the details of my case back in 2020 via a couple of phone calls before handing it off to Zach.They have been on top of things from the get go. All the staff, assistants, investigators and paralegals were highly communicative and responsive. All paper work and documents were filed timely and already ready on time for my signature. The progress was consistent, and I never felt like the case was stalled on our end.It took 2 years for the lawyers from the party at fault to drag the case, but Zach and his team continued to apply pressure. Finally, after 2 years, we got a low ball offer. Zach counseled me, made a counter offer and got them to agree on a settlement more than 4 times higher than originally offered.The best part about working with Norden Leacox is that they make the process seamless with their technology setup and how they capture information. Since the accident took place during covid restrictions, the whole case was handled without a face to face. We did everything by phone, text messages and Zoom meeting. Pretty impressive to be able to work with such a trustworthy and Technology oriented Law Firm.Lastly, They always checked on me to see how I was doing with my treatment and how I was feeling.
