Tracy McDuffie

Tracy McDuffie is an experienced personal injury attorney who focuses his practice on pre-litigation representation for plaintiffs. He is passionate about advocating for those who have been injured through no fault of their own and guiding them through the claims process with care and determination.

Before dedicating his career to representing injured individuals, Tracy worked for one of the nation’s top insurance companies as a bodily injury claims adjuster. He later joined an insurance defense firm where he represented insurance companies in claims against consumers. This unique background gave him valuable insight into the strategies insurers use to defend claims, knowledge he now uses to fight for his clients’ best interests.

For the past decade, he has served as a personal injury plaintiff’s attorney, handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters. His experience on both sides of the courtroom allows him to anticipate the moves of insurance carriers and craft strategies to maximize recovery for his clients.

Tracy earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.

In addition to his legal career, he is deeply involved in serving the Orlando community through charitable organizations connected to his local church. Each year, he participates in a back-pack giveaway for underprivileged children, an annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to support underserved families, and efforts to feed the homeless throughout the city.

Outside of the office, he is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his children in their sporting events, and cheering on Florida State football.
